About This Project

A few years ago we were working with an enterprise that wanted to use Blockchain.  As we walked through their requirements, and began to gather up approvals for things like infrastructure and information security, one thing became clear – neither group would allow us to develop a web based interface for administration.

Not being ones to get discouraged, we forged on and decided to build our own text based menu for the server we would deploy to.  We needed something quick, and along came Mugly.

It’s the Ugly Menu. And boy is it!

We put it up on github here –, and have actually used it a few times when we’ve needed administration from the command line quickly, in a menu based layout.
